When I initially heard this story, I thought justice was swift. As I learned more and saw the video footage, I had second thoughts. Oklahoma has a "Stand Your Ground" law, protecting a home/business owner's right to defend themselves.

In the northeast US, he would be charged with manslaughter, and never first degree murder. That level of charge seems too high, but I know OK is a different world and justice is handled differently. Quite a story.

I am not going to vote in the poll because first degree murder is not what I would give him, however what he did was not self defense.
